General Information

The Conference will take a place at the Pyramida Hotel, Prague 6. It is situated 10 min from the historical area of Prague Castle  and with a comfortable distance to the airport.

By taxi
Taxi is the most comfortable way how to get to the  Pyramida Hotel from the airport. Please, expect to pay about 500 CZK, a similar price can be expected from downtown to this hotel. We recommend asking the driver for the price before using the cab.
Public Transport
Tickets must be bought before entering the Metro or tram. You can get it in Tobacco or in ATM stand in Metro.

Should you be unable to attend the Conference your payment can be refunded subject to the following conditions:
 
Before 20/09/2017                             80% of the payment
Between 20/09  and  20/10/2017       50% of the payment
After 20/10/2017                                no refund is possible

Registration must be cancelled in writing

The conference Organizing Committee does not accept any liability or responsibility for death, illness or injury to persons, or for losses or damages of a property or for any financial loss of any person attending the conference.
Participants should make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
 

Under the Schengen regulations, citizens of some countries need a valid visa to visit or for transit through any country in the Schengen area. Specific rules may apply. Please, contact your embassies or diplomatic missions for additional information.

The official currency is the Czech Crown (CZK). Exchange offices and ATMs can be found at the airport, in all hotels and in many places downtown. Major credit cards are accepted in hotels, restaurants and most shops.
 

Autumn in Prague is usually cold and rainy with day temperatures between 0° and 15 °C. A warm coat and an umbrella are recommended.
